Drink plenty and plenty of water if it is free and ever flowing - pop is okay as long as you drink 10x more water ....after.... kinda that ratio...... never ever make just coffee pop or tea or juice ur only water intake -this same ratio is good for things like chips chocolate and snax in moderation you will live to 100+ with advances in medical science, the race of life is getting yourself to a point in life where these things are available to you in which you must be healthy as fuck to get there !!
its kind of weird but when you give up your clothing for example and wear buddhist robes or a guru shawl and you lose all known legal standing in this structure, if you are willing to become an international citizen like gandhi or mother theresa the dalai llama, sai, and many others...if your message is peace you will be astounded at the favorable reception everywhere you bring your presence into.....

I for one downvote all the negative press about the guru....they have vilified every anomalous swami with the molestation and sex crime label, truth is the Guru has gained powerful representation as a Vicar of peace, his word should always be cherished and all words of future Sai Babas including Dalai LLamas....Pemas and Rinpoches, people like Chelsea Manning and Raver Assange...down to simple Buddhist Monkz. His Serene Holiness Sri Sai Baba performed countless if not millions upon millions of miracles in his hospitals (alone) that offers free medical care and follow up to surgery without cost...He is much like the Dalai llama in prestige and got armed secret service style protective escorts everywhere he went and was surrounded at all times by an elite security force - The Sri Sai Baba & Guru Shaun D PhD Connection in all copies of my manifesto under the Shahee Warner section -unleash the real story of the incredible freemasonic soulsnare and soul-entrapment of the future babas and llamas by hippy cults I was targeted along with tons of other young sai baba lookalikes/dopplegangers!!
