The disgusting sow 🚨Former Minnesota state Sen. Justin Eichorn, a Republican, was sentenced Wednesday to 16 months in federal prison after trying to solicit a girl he believed was 17. According to MPR News, the “girl” was an undercover officer, and Eichorn had asked for n*de photos. He must also pay $10,000 into a federal fund for victims of child s*xual abuse materials and serve five years of supervised release. Eichorn was first charged with attempted enticement of a minor, which carries a 10-year mandatory minimum. In May he pleaded guilty to a lesser count of attempted possession of child s*xual abuse materials. Prosecutors wanted five years, and the judge called his conduct “egregious” and “not the product of a single split-second decision.” The timing is hard to beat. On the day he was arrested, Eichorn co-authored a bill to classify “Trump Derangement Syndrome” as a mental illness. Senate Majority Leader Erin Murphy called it “possibly the worst bill in Minnesota history.” He resigned three days later, just before a vote on expelling him. Eichorn also liked to cast himself as a protector of kids. He co-sponsored SF 2531, a bill targeting transgender athletes in girls’ sports, and in 2021 he posted that he didn’t want his “elementary age kids learning this stuff” about diverse sexual orientations and gender identities. Meanwhile, the person who was a threat to young girls was the lawmaker himself, not a trans athlete or a public school teacher.
