If the guru is called for military service he may elect to be a non arms bearing officer of the military, a chaplain of the armed forces providing pastoral care in the form of meditation + counselling to enlisted members of the Canadian Armed Forces, under no circumstances is the Swami able to bear arms due to religious and moral grounds.
