BREAKING: COWARD ON THE RUN! Trump pal Flávio Bolsonaro has reportedly FLED Brazil for Florida to seek asylum after losing to Lula and dodging a court order to surrender his passport. Like father, like son. Four years after former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro skipped town to Florida after losing an election to Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, his son appears to have done THE EXACT SAME THING, only this time with a money-laundering investigation hot on his heels. Flávio Bolsonaro, who lost Brazil’s presidential election on Sunday, missed a Tuesday-morning deadline to hand his passports to federal police. According to The Guardian, the Brazilian news site Metrópoles reported, citing people close to the family, that he was on a plane to the United States, would land in Florida Tuesday afternoon, and planned to request political asylum. “The Donald Trump administration has been informed,” the site added. CNN Brasil reported he left with his wife and two daughters in the early hours of the morning. Allies told Folha de S.Paulo the escape was “organized and enabled by a lawyer close to the Bolsonaro clan.” The route was reportedly cinematic. Argentine outlets said he crossed into Argentina, possibly on foot, planning to board a private jet in Puerto Iguazú, then ditched the plane once word leaked. Brazilian police say there’s no record of him passing any official border checkpoint, and The Washington Post reports officials still don’t know where he is. His phone returns an out-of-service message. His usually nonstop Instagram has gone silent. Here’s the kicker. On Monday, after his passport was canceled, Bolsonaro posted a video declaring: “I never thought about leaving the country.” Yeah, right. Why the rush? A Supreme Court justice canceled his passport minutes after the results came in, tied to a federal investigation into his possible involvement in a money-laundering scheme worth about $905 million involving betting companies. A family adviser told the Post he was “terrified,” worried he’d be jailed this week. O Globo reported he appeared “possessed” and afraid of arrest in a Monday meeting. His camp calls it political persecution. The family track record isn’t helping. His father is under house arrest after being sentenced to more than 27 years for plotting a coup. His brother Eduardo, sentenced to four years for lobbying Trump to sanction the judges in their father’s case, is already living in Texas, beyond the reach of Brazilian law. He’d said last week that Flávio should leave if he lost. Lula’s Workers’ Party has asked the Supreme Court to order Flávio’s arrest and put him on Interpol’s Red Notice list. The State Department and Homeland Security didn’t immediately respond to questions. So, the Trump administration that deports grandfathers in their pajamas may soon be asked to welcome a fugitive senator dodging a money-laundering probe. Florida is starting to look less like a state and more like a getaway car for Trump’s friends. And we thought Trump’s goal was to deport criminal aliens, not import them. Bolsonaro’s escape to a foreign country provides Americans with a preview of what may happen to the Trump family and the most infamous members of his administration once they are removed from their positions of power. Except the country they’re most likely to flee to is Vladimir Putin’s Russia. Please like and share if you think Flavio Bolsonaro is a criminal coward!
🚨 WOW: The fallout from Serbia’s stunning election upset just took another extraordinary turn. After the student-led movement defeated Aleksandar Vučić’s ruling party, a Serbian public television broadcaster went ON AIR and APOLOGIZED to viewers for YEARS of biased reporting. News anchor Goran Eror acknowledged that the network had remained silent, looked the other way, presented one-sided coverage, and failed to ask the tough questions. The broadcaster had initially failed to show footage of massive celebrations following the election victory. Now, those very scenes opened its newscast. The station’s acting editor-in-chief has since RESIGNED. A similar reckoning unfolded in Hungary after Viktor Orbán’s election defeat. Two countries where public broadcasters have acknowledged years of misleading coverage following major political defeats.
The man who has made vestments for Pope Benedict XVI, Pope Francis and Pope Leo XIV also sells a perfume inspired by a hookup in a gas station bathroom. He is Filippo Sorcinelli, an openly gay Italian designer whose studio was asked in 2013 to make a vestment for Francis's first public appearance as pope. The perfume is called Quickie and Coffee, and its official description ends with the pair stepping out of the bathroom into the smell of coffee. It has company. Another of his scents, Cruising Area, is meant to evoke "that hidden, underground space, with inaccessible and dark passages, with moldy walls and full of ephemeral pleasure." He talked about them in a new interview with the fashion magazine Dazed, alongside his latest release, Vulnus, Latin for "wound." The bottle is made to look like bruised human skin, and the teeth marks on the cap are his own. "That mark is a sort of intimate signature, closer to anatomy than to calligraphy," he told Dazed. He has spoken about the church's refusal to recognize same-sex marriage, but he doesn't see his two worlds as a contradiction. "A man of faith can be a man of church and still live with his sexuality with no problem," he told the South China Morning Pos
