truth is we don't know how long everything has collapsed for....you can better aid yourself by taking rest and doing your side hustles and projects to fill the endless time -things that bring you comfort -technically you dont need to like bring down the entire system lol all you need to do is chill in your room with some downtempo and some weed and just decompress here it is very cold now so I have a heating blanket and try and cook good meals
