u can kind of judge the state of affairs by looking around at what is left to deal with as opposed to what is presently or currently happening all around like oh wow I have to almost get beheaded and barfed on just to cash my cheque oh maybe I should hire a bodyguard oh yeah not rich enough for that !!

"they" ran out of money like that is public use anyway i suspect there is two budgets one they show us and one that spans millions of planets -we would not be able to handle either intellectually lol 

its just I think as result of the skull and bones collapsing our public budget they still allow things to function on some level that is a bit strange like 3 people running the entire customer service lines for EARTH or you go the the downtown bank and its like 42 people standing there for like 3 or 4 people manning the stations and just chatting away about their cats and dogs to an elderly lady that says she was scammed out of bitcoin u kind of sense you are going to be standing around a "while" lol  some people have just been waiting around pretty much forever ....they don't mind it so let them hahaha
