Buddhism and Animalz

Animals in relation to my own philosophy are quite complex. I have heard from all ends of the spectrum that if you do harm in this life you will reborn as an animal. But I also believe if you waste this life on trivial material things solely living to be a cog in the machine you don’t really differ from an ant in a colony or a fish in a school of fish but also if you think about it if you like to murder there is another millennia set up for you to live as a tiger or shark lineage.

I have come across animals that have a very beautiful soul, more beautiful than my own, and I have come across some that have another ten thousand lives till they can escape reincarnation so to speak.

I believe that there is some souls that may need a few lives as a bug or animal to get acquainted with this planet because they are from several galaxies over and to be suddenly born a human would be a literal shock to the system or for example a being that lives for eons as a rock or tree finally being chosen to incarnate as a human being

You can see why countless beings are on the other side waiting hundreds if not thousands of years to be incarnated into a human body is a gift from the divine, so many people wasting a life away void of compassion and void of sincerity.

Nature is unforgiving, I think to be born as an animal you would inherently have a choice like you do to be human, but an animal life is more feral and you don’t have the choice to become enlightened like as a human being, animals would like to be, but the truth and dhamma cannot find them in the form of a guru or teacher or lessons, many would like to escape their feral existence and quite some many don’t get why they are human after so many lives lived feral.

When you are human you have to make sure you treat every living being as beautifully as possible, so that you may not be reborn in a lower governance, for example the spider or ant you are about to squish would want to live as much as you do.

I don’t think it comes down to a matter of if you eat animals or not you will go to hell, I just think that if you live the middle ground and cut out ¼ of your meat for tofu for example you will be better off, but so many countless beings eat meat and things can happen if you go to the extreme and not eat meat like hair falling out and you literally going nuts. I find most veggies to be extremists and trying to win as many over to their cult as possible.

LoL on a basic level who would want to shoot an animal in the head or slice its throat so you can have a bbq anyway –nobody really would be that callous but it is our culture, our way of life, and after so many millennia we are striving for the most enlightened life possible and this includes forming your own opinion of this being that if you are totally uncomfortable with your burger why eat it ? so much tofu there but the meat department of your grocery store won’t suddenly vanish, it will most likely multiply.

I love all animals and the quagmire of choosing to eat some and have some as pets just gets to me, there is no real answers, but to say you are going to hell for that steak seems a bit extreme !

I like to feed deer bread when they come around, they are so cute, and so cautious, my partner feeds hummingbirds sugar water, and We both feed a feral cat some kibbles, on top of that we have a squirrel to give a nut buffet too which we had to build a special feeder for, because the deer kept eating all of the poor things seeds and fruit. Seeing songbirds and hummingbirds, being surrounded by animal life and nature has taught me quite some about nature and the earth and to have a respect for the animal that gave its life for you to have a meal and live another day seems the wisest course, thank the animal, thank it for its life, its protein and its sacrifice. But take care of the ones you can care for and make their lives a little easier – even the smallest handful of seeds to a crow helps, and creates merit.

The Church of Techno and Rave Culture

Most religions would not even go near rave culture but imagine a virtual ministry that springs from one reverends adoration of rave culture and you have these very words you are reading.

From a Buddhist perspective rave culture would be an entertainment and also suffering because there is almost always some sort of drug use involved. Rave culture is almost seen as a gift from the divine due to the music being without words and perhaps even the beat has been playing since tribal times in some way or another.

Only in present society is staying up all night and partying vilified because it goes against the working ethic, for some they only realized their true soul through music and through meeting other people at all night parties.

And a paradox is what the EDM movement is, in my time of partying there was no EDM tag, it wasn’t as corporate, there were parties all over Vancouver island, Vancouver, Seattle etc and it was a time to forget the real world for a night.

In myself I saw a gradual decline in my social aspect as the parties went on, there was a party in particular that I went to, just after I got kicked out of my house, and did acid and just sat there totally fucked up for like 10 hours, but then there was also some very beautiful parties as well.

Truth is you got to see the real ugly in people, in oneself, at raves, fiending for more drugs, not being able to urinate, dancefloors slick with garbage.

Deep in my mind I was always searching for the little rave cutie I could call my own, and I searched and searched in vain and never found him at the raves, it was a super tiring escapade.

There was all types, from people that didn’t even smoke weed to people shooting heroin but essentially we were all there in a uniting force being the music. It was easy for ones ego to get carried away in I am with the deejay or I am VIP but essentially it helped me personally find a type of music that wasn’t going to enslave you with lyrics.

I don’t even know how many parties I went to, I can’t even fathom the amount of drugs I did, but one thing for sure is that the parties, the people, and the vibe changed me forever…opening doors in my soul that still to this day unite with the astral world and parallel worlds, but I have evolved into the type of raver that doesn’t go to parties, still the atmosphere of all those parties lives on with me, truth is I made many many mistakes in the rave scene, but I was able to learn from them and grow.

It took away my need to be social, all the drugs, and that is what I miss the most, almost robbed of me in the night, I used to have hundreds of friends and their drama to keep up with.

Essentially when you are up for the witching hours you fall victim to the darker energies but out of it all I was able to discover more about myself and lock in a time in my life where I was able to truly exist as Peace Love Unity & Respect

Most have moved on from these parties but for a select few they are learning about the world through these initiations into raver royalty. Now I rest as the only Virtual Ministry devoted to and represented by rave culture and I can see the seeds of Catholicism in its infantile stage.

Let me tell you, when you are the sole preacher of the Church of Techno on earth – it opens up your dreams and dream life into a whole other world, a world of ESP, A world of OOBE, A world where you are the ambassador of techno, and it is a very beautiful place.

Techno is very beautiful and so are you regardless if you like techno or not.

1000 Oranges

It really is a tough concept to grasp, holding onto peace and serenity amidst so much chaos in the world.

When you look at the far right to the far left and everything in shaded spectrums it is very tough to be able to concentrate on enlightenment and very easy for one to get swept up in weeks long bouts of distraction.

Only when you do yourself a favour and give yourself a treat –daily taking the time to just calm down, with no music, no television, no disruption, no thoughts and even for ten minutes a day, will do wonders in the long run. And this is something that nobody really does in mainstream society, presidents, kings and senators etc are void of this ability so when you do it, you can feel special and feel adored that you have at least ten minutes to care for yourself.

What to do in that time?

Well I say ten minutes because one hour alone is a concept people are fearful of and for some can be quite boring. So ten minutes to focus on healing words and energy if you are sick or in pain. Ten minutes of wealth manifestation if you are poor and destitute. Ten minutes of nothing if you are scattered all day. Ten minutes of peace with Buddha, god, angels, wicca, gaia, whatever your belief

When you start taking ten minutes a day I can bet you a million after about a month you start to not even notice the time go by and give yourself twenty minutes, a half hour, or an hour.

It doesn’t help either that we live in a fear based society and a rather paradoxically paranoid society with things like passwords, codes, pins, chips, secret phrases, handshakes, etc all the while calling somebody who questions things paranoid themselves –it astounds me

In each time that went by in history, things were as tough. And I strongly believe that history is not what they tell us, like all the historical references could be attributed to other dimensions myths carried over from the dream world, and I also strongly believe that what they are telling us of our galaxy and solar system is absolute lies, I tend to look at the universe more as a virtual world, or we are stuffed away on a subset of some microchips amidst quintillions of possibilities

For one to devote themselves to qualities such as compassion, love, happiness, beauty, energy, vibrancy, forgiveness, tenderness, caring, and generous are the most pressing deed because we live in a society that teaches us that people who follow these types of personality traits are the

ones stepped on.

I think if you shook half the people that work in politics and banks and stuff like tell them that..... it is their eternal path and nature they have to look out for. They would be amused, because there are many that are here that are not going anywhere after, they are shells of the dark ones.

Living in a world of countless illusions seems to be the characterization I am looking for lol

It is funny because most are told that if they have unquestionable faith in supreme beings that are manufactured they will progress into an eternal afterlife but while they are here they can inflict as much pain and sadness as they can on others.

I have no doubt there are ‘supreme beings’ but some of those are in this reality now, and some have evolved, but I am not here to shake anybody out of their paradigm I am just here as living testament that you can believe anything you want to believe and be a good person, and meditate on yourself and your future and things will happen for you. But I do see illusions in most of the mainstream faiths out there. Most insects and animals and such don’t wear crosses or bow to Buddha lol

It is only contrived by powerful rich men of the past several generations, or since the last matrix reset ….these faiths.

Truth is most people don’t have the brain power or the energy to start a faith and begin to dissect the issues at play and most don’t have the faith to go into the unknown and start their own church.

I am thankful that we are soon entering into 2014, that a new holiday season is approaching and I am honoured to celebrate it with loved ones, even if it doesn’t really mesh with my own belief system, it is adaptation and loving kindness, really.
