BREAKING: Trump’s slut the new gross press secretary’s first week IMPLODES as Katie Zacharia is exposed for LYING about being a "lawyer." Ivanka Trump clone Katie Zacharia has been White House press secretary for about five minutes, and she’s already in trouble over whether or not she’s actually a lawyer, as she has claimed in her bio. After her first briefing Tuesday, reporters asked Zacharia to say where she passed the bar. She didn’t name a state. According to the Daily Beast, she said she passed it “when I moved to China.” That’s a strange answer for someone who has called herself an attorney for years on LinkedIn, and whom Fox News and other channels have introduced as one. But the Daily Beast reports she does not appear to be licensed to practice law in any U.S. state. Independent outlet Popular Information found no evidence she has ever passed a bar exam or been admitted to the bar anywhere. The Daily Beast says it confirmed she hasn’t passed the bar in California, the state where she claims to practice. She also isn’t listed with the State Bar of Texas or the D.C. Bar, two other places her resume says she worked as an attorney. What has been confirmed is that she DID graduate from Pepperdine’s law school. Her work in China, the Daily Beast notes, doesn’t establish that she passed a U.S. bar or was admitted anywhere. Asked about it, the White House didn’t deny she never passed the bar. It sent a canned statement from communications director Steven Cheung calling her a “fabulous and wonderful addition to the team.” Her online bio has also been shifting. Per archives of her X account, she added “Lawyer” and “General Counsel” in September 2025, dropped the legal title in November, and put it back in April 2026. She has also reportedly posted that Democrats are all pedophiles, shown support for Pizzagate and QAnon, and said the 2020 election was stolen. In 2022, she reportedly reposted a message reading, “Democrats want to mask and rape your children. That’s their satanic platform.” Last year she called for the U.S. to “suspend habeas corpus.” Her debut at the podium didn’t go smoothly either. She took only three questions, all from conservative outlets: Breitbart, Fox, and the Daily Mail. At one point she stumbled, saying “my president, err excuse me, my husband,” then laughed awkwardly. One White House official told MS NOW she “needs to get much better, fast. Otherwise, she’ll break Scaramucci’s record,” referring to the Press Secretary in Trump’s first term who famously lasted only 10 days in the job. Considering that the Press Secretary’s role should be to tell the American people the truth, Zacharia’s first week is already raising questions about how truthful she’s been about her own résumé. However, since Trump apparently sees her job as propagating and reinforcing his own lies, her legal resumé seems to matter little.-BREAKING: Rep. Ted Lieu DEMANDS answers from Trump’s new Press Secretary concerning her LIES about being a "lawyer." The controversy over the legal credentials of Katie Zacharia, Donald Trump’s latest press secretary, continues to roil the Trump administration. There is no question that Zacharia has received a valid law degree from Pepperdine University, but whether she’s actually ever passed a bar exam remains to be proven. The question became even more perplexing when Trump himself was asked by reporters outside the White House where his new mouthpiece passed the bar exam. Trump deferred the question to Zacharia herself, who replied: “When I moved to China.” Congressman Ted Lieu (D-CA) smelled something particularly fishy with that answer and posted his concerns to social media: “One cannot take an American state bar exam in China, Lieu wrote. “Bar exams are administered at designated testing locations in each state of the union. Are Katie Zacharia and Trump lying when they say she is an attorney? If not, then she needs to disclose in what state she passed the bar.” The problem with that is the fact that journalists have already searched the databases of bar-admitted attorneys in all 50 states and Washington D.C. and have found neither hide nor hair of any admissions record. Rep. Lieu later posted a dictionary definition explaining the distinction between a lawyer and an attorney, which stated that a lawyer is anyone who has earned a law degree, while an actual attorney has both graduated from law school AND passed a state bar exam in order to receive their license to practice law. While some people with law degrees decide to skip joining the bar to go into business or politics, they usually don’t try to pass themselves off as attorneys. The American people deserve a straight answer from Zacharia about her status in the legal profession. Either way, a law degree isn’t a necessary qualification when your job is to simply disseminate Trump’s lies. It could come in handy, however, if the members of the Trump administration are prosecuted once they’re out of office.
