about 7 days quit smoking again I decided to get some thrive gums (the best) and I got government supplied NRT for 6 months now so gonna do 4MG for 3 months and 2mg for 3 months and yeah final quit I am done with them this time dont wanna get COPD or like problems pissing or goitre's out of my neck or anything rank
