I signed up for a new course with my funding its 3 courses in management skills for supervisors I think its a cool course to take like in ethical communication and de escalation etc and will help my path down the road if I ever want to lead some janitors or something hahaha pays a bit more lol but about 90 hr courses it was a perfect fit for my remaining funding I will know more in the next few days if I am approved since I am late in the game funding wise now but if not I will just take it next year-the UVIC course in DEI would have led nowhere and was extremely complex university level course which was brutal
