A 49-page arrest affidavit describes an investigation that opened after a Safe2Tell report about sexually explicit videos involving minors posted to an Instagram account. One of those videos shows Tyler Boebert, who was 18 at the time, and a minor. The girl's mother went straight to authorities after the video surfaced. Tyler Boebert was arrested in Colorado and released hours later on a $10,000 bond. Along with the three exploitation counts, he faces two felony counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He told police he was the man in the video but denied recording it, claiming it was made without his knowledge. The girl told investigators he made the video with her. Rep.
