I am at a really comfortable debt to income ratio like I would not really take on more debt at this point I hear about people with 37 credit cards and I am like wtf !!! if i got a windfall I would make rash decisions about it like paying off credit cards and consumer debt and totally wiping the slate clean but for now it is what it is and I am not gonna say abstain from it all just do your best only take on what you can afford hahaha like dont have 12 credit cards simply cause you are accepted hahaha I could never get a mortgage owing someone hundreds of thousands is fucken nuts I would rather rent for my whole life than have that commitment
