saw a 500 lb man on the bus made me thankful i have lost 35 lbs knowing i will not just be so huge it’s a matter of life and death at that level my job is very involved physically with summer i can do housekeeping only two days a week partly for sanity partly the heat lol had a vegan sandwich today that’s about all i can do i eat healthy but back to meat after a year just feel like i am in a concentration camp with no meat and my soy chunks look like dog chows lol like dogs kibbles just horrible haha if yves had not shut down i could have lasted longer but i dont want to always eat tofu dogs all day seems depressing lol don’t want to eat the mystery meats anymore made out of who knows what tofu
