we should only eat about 1 meal a day or around 7-12 a week and like it should be veggie if you can have it rest is like small stuff sometimes I do need like 3-5 or 6 small meals but like just listen to yourself and your needs dont just sit there eating thousands of sausages a week that is rank u put honor back in your meal and look forward 2 nourishment when it is not animal meats but like dont sit there as a bone pile or concentration camp victim eat an egg sandwich and cheese or some flavored oatmeal dont fucken waste away you poor kitty this place a lot of things are not enticing anymore food wise so find stuff you look forward 2 like spices and pickles olives dark chocolate etc just stop supporting the hell and meat trade slaughter systems if half us did this the world would change dramatically karmically but we are all stuck in this fucken place chewing the fat of a mother or grandmother from another lifetime possibly even the future even your own kids if u lose interest in foods your karma is fucked up you need at least 1.5 meals a day and some snax so think about whether you are a fucken bitch to people all day or that it may be that you are eating flesh all day who knows not for me to diagnose I am just a blogger lol figure your own shit out lmao
always have a drink around when you eat so you dont die from choking to death and try not to eat steaks in restaurants much they cause 90% of choking deaths kind of like a final fuck you to humans from the bovines that had to die for you
