they know we are all one paycheque or one emergency away from homelessness and they play on that like just try your best to have about 15 meals to tide you over until something else happens like most of us cant even get 35 lbs of rice lmao too much bills or birdseed or demanding bottom sluts even mr noodles are 47 cents now used to be 11 cents way back when lol

 Like for an alfredo cat meat is $15 for 12 and I split it into half meals for them cause they have owners but like a treat lickable tube of budget cat meat is about $12 for 20 so makes a lot of sense to get that I dunno fucken things take up 1/4 of my food budget but I love them I wonder if they kind of understand on some level hahaha I just think they offer a lot of reassurances in the real waking life and untold auric protection so that is worth the $12 for sure hahaha the one cat tuxe is totally freaked out about my other roomies like they are going to rip his fur off him alive or something but me he is totally cuddly and gay for lol guess human beings are kind of like that takes some pretty good fries for a twink to warm up to you lol fries before guys hahaha
