A LOT OF you do not realize that you can eat super healthy for around $20 in groceries hahaha I first learned about this through an old land barron that was my moms boss growing up as a kid I saw her soaking various lentils and legumes and my observational side took notice but you only need to spend that amount on dried legumes like chick peas lentils beans of various sorts and split peas they are about $3 for a pk of them and grab a few handfuls and soak them in water for a few hours but best overnight then when that is done the next day fry them in spices or sauce and you have a really easy and healthy meal you can add like rice or potatoes or noodles or whatever and you can even slow cook with them or boil them and you eat like a king for $3 even millionaires eat like this for health reasons its not like ditch pig food or anything lmao :) I love it I love chick peas quite a bit or throwing some in with the rice in the rice cooker like you do not have to just endlessly eat microwaved shit or ramen out of cost there is a lot of other options kitties :)
