A group of officers that operates like a gang outside the law. They've existed for a long, long time. And everybody is afraid of them, even the news media. This may be the first time they've been exposed publicly. So, it's hard to overstate how important and monumental a day like today is. It requires a fulsome judicial public inquiry that would last years. Only the bravest and clear eyed of our leaders will call for that.
