if you choose to quit smoking you can cover it up for awhile with other things like gum pouches or vaping but to really quit you will have to take the most difficult route and that is cold turkey and you will have to deal with it FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE however you dont obsess all day about it maybe get about 3-5 cravings a day and you have to use the tools you have in your own soul to overcome it the biggest one is taking a DEEP BREATH and thanking god you will never have to deal with a stroke but you will need to develop new paths and ways to cope with issues and trauma as they come up when you quit for awhile and notice how much your body misses this crack cocaine you begin to realize how so many people are hopelessly lost to these things for their ENTIRE lives never quitting or attempting to quit and finding it too hard and going back into it because they are nuclear that is why you crave them -what it took for me was volunteering with a lady that survived a stroke and she was still fucken smoking lolz like wtf
