Nov 23, 2025 As I was told in rescinding my claim against Esquimalt united church that I have (1) year to reinstate the claim from March/April or so of this year. I was given a traumatic experience when dealing with worksafe with confusion over who was whom in Prevention and claims, which resulted in a member of your phones staff becoming hostile and yelling at me, so yes it was extraordinary circumstances in which I was given and I did not feel supported in this process at all and she even questioned a lot of personal info with her own opinions and she was not even the right department to speak with. 1) I would like to resume a claim for compensation 2) I would like to report Esquimalt united church as an unsafe work environment specifically with sexual offenses against vulnerable LGBT staff 3) I would like you to revisit and make an exception to your policy at worksafe to make a client pay for their therapy etc and have it reimbursed if you make a claim later than expected its my interpretation that if you make a claim right away its all covered as this seems hopeless since I am a person with a disability expected to live on disability benefits in british Columbia 4) Please take note of my new address 5) I have found that I am having a lot of issues with how my employment ended and am struggling mentally since it brought up a lot of vulnerabilities with past traumas in my life including power money and sexual traumas with past sex work and that I have been on disability since I was 22 yrs old for a set of severe mental health issues in which I was targeted at my workplace because of all of this by the perverted director of the church who abused his position and sent me lewd photographs of his genitals and anus of which I have in my possession, also when I made a complaint against him virtually nothing was done because he is on the board of directors 6) I also have a timeline of the bullying and harassment campaign in which I endured at the church 7) There was a network of bullying and intimidation mostly due to me being an introverted/nocturnal and an ordained minister who happens to be a non Christian Buddhist worker and Doctor of religion at their extroverted church Thanks Sincerely, Rev.
