god quitting smoking has not been easy this time but with the state of things I wanted to lessen my addictions a bit cost wise so I can afford good shit lol but like I get an extreme breathing craving at least 3x per day I dont really think about it much anymore its just has gone down from 10x per day so yay I am at about 6 weeks or so quit and only smoked a few cartons after I quit for 9 months so I want this to be it I just dont hate myself that much I just used it as a stress reliever and crutch for emotional support but yeah doing good its just pretty tough I wont lie :) I can see why people smoke them their whole lives its like one of the toughest things I have ever done in my life !!!
