Eye feel sorry for anybody spending more than $500-$1000 on their "education" I got 6 doctorates and like 4 titles & a masters for around there along with ordination (which was free + for life) but I almost spent $30k on a "fancy" graphic design program at an art school but was really turned off by the high pressure tactics of the skool + actually did a little investigation online in their reviews and pulled out literally 24 hrs before the money (debt) was due to be transfered ... regarding my religious PhD's not really much other places you can use a PhD in religion other than a church hahaha but it all seemed to fit my creative impulses and need for titles perfectly :) it seems every single program I look into in graphic design is really nice sounding on their website but you look into the reviews and its like holy fuck man lol u pay $38K to "develop a portfolio + a CV"
