they are all on a play book about locking up the mentally ill and drug addicts they are doing this in the USA and BC here too locally as well- must be a united nations thing-or something ???they want to permanently institutionalize people that are a problem- but if they just gave everyone basic income, healthcare and ended all drug prohibition all this would be solved and we dont have to stuff undesirables into concentration camps or permanent mental wards - like if you are stable and medication compliant and dont do anything other than weed you should have no problems but they can just deem you a problem slave or a threat -if your social credit is too low and there is nothing you can do about it - it seems that if you are not helping society or contributing you may be locked away....for good!

It seems good on a surface level but a lot of these people resist four walls and authority and want to be left alone in peace where nobody can tell them what to do- not confined to a mental ward locked up and forcibly electroshocked and forcibly injected and sedated and tied to a stretcher via the state -honestly !!!
