its totally up to u if you want to do this all 1000, 10,000 or 100,000 times but if you want this to be your last total incarnation before evolving you must make painful steps to ensure your success like ending the practice of murdering other beings for nourishment as much as you can even if you can do it 50/50 you will fare a lot better than most at the very end point like also make every action you take be open to learning from karmically -if you honestly tried with every ounce to make sure every homeless cat is fed and that you did not take endless lives to feed yourself...or just go around helping people or even smiling or being articulate to people just being a force for so much good you will fare really well -see nobody can say you should be a vegetarian you are hurting your families from other realities and propping up the satanic structure of murder and death and war but you have to come to a minor choice like wow fuck I dont need to eat chicken 7x a week I can eat maybe some ribs for one day then vegetarian the rest like really be playful with the system you live in and be kind to yourself through all this u have to make the choices yourself and meditate on a lot of structures to see where you fit in - you will make it :) and your smile will radiate a whole city :) because you know where you are going and they all know where they will reside so fuck em and their "money"
