tbh CANADA should not have allowed a convicted felon and rapist to enter the country - so to be clear it is one rule for the plebs like not going anywhere with a weed or theft conviction (like trapped in your country forever) but if you are a rich shriner and convicted felon you can do what you want because you are a powerful freemason?
