on 2mg of nicotine gum . honestly its been tempting to back up to 4mg but I kind of want to chill here for a bit - what I have noticed is that the lower strength more than helps the craving I guess hehehe might be on it for awhile -I wanted to go off it pretty soon but i realize a month may be too quick for that !
