I usually do not repeat things on here but feel the need with this instruction.... when you are "peeing" :) use it as a tool to help yourself..this is open to all humans not just male with gigantic 14 inch uncut dicks so women and trans too hehe....when you are going say in your head I expel all negativity, curses, toxins, DANGER, violence, poverty, hostile and negative karma, disease, sadness, anger, hostility, abuse, trauma, recurring themes, cancers, skin problems, suffering etc and you can make up your own as you go so repeat 10,000 x and you have an impeccable self with little chaos :)
