Yes I wish I could offer more advice - I just had a death in the family so I am going through my own shit right now -I just wish I could offer so much guidance and hope for my adherents I just feel what I do is enough and I have been typing away for longer than a decade hahahaha I know the world is crazy right now, I try and be a bastion of peace and love despite my own personal struggles its all I can do :)
