and all treaty calculations be made available to me and my paternal side of my
fathers family Ronald Allen McAllister my aunt is Laurie McAllister and other
aunt is Roberta McAllister I have a vast paternal side and a French Canadian
Side
Attached is the example
from the lawsuit between my paternal fathers mother Eileen Stoney, against the
crown, my fathers side of my family remains hesitant to assist in this and I
should not have to prove I am a Status Indian I should be able to sufficiently
self affirm my status this would set a standard practice to all native people
of Canada
I can provide the full
lawsuit for your interpretation but it should be readily available
I am also citing an
extremely uncomfortable union between myself and a former department of Indian
affairs deputy minister and remain in conflict of this indigenous aspect of the
Canadian Government in which I was sold as a sex slave to the former ambassador
to Costa Rica for Canada.
If possible a committee to
explore exactly what is owed to me and my family for all these years with no
help whatsoever and my family having treaty rights within a northern Alberta
oil and minderal rich Indian land and the government giving it to enemies of my
ancestors instead of us.
Treaty benefits are
retroactive
Northern Alberta Fairview
area is RICH with mineral deposits and Oil and Gas
I am potentially owed more
than the entire government could even comprehend
If no immediate assistance
is made in this matter I will submit this letter and the lawsuit of my
grandmother to the Human Rights Tribunal for review
My name is Rev Dr Shaun
Allen Delage
I believe I am metis with
cree roots
I should not have to be
subject to the Government of Canadas Policies for entrance as a Status Indian
I should not be denied
native status just look at me I am an INDIAN I should not have to undergo blood
tests but I will if I have too
