Its easier to manifest $1000 than it is $800,000,000 honestly you just have to pick a number and try your best until it happens and it may not even happen in this life? are you prepared for that? when you take on manifesting its a one way path to freedom and beauty but don't sell yourself short and there is much more to manifest than money but with money you can really help others with their goals and affect real change but your manifesting should be really well thought out and planned and not based in vanity or greed or you will never attain it :)
