If you are on a renunciate diet or have restrictions on what you can eat due to finances invest in things like hemp oil or 1L of jam (take a spoon of either at least once a day) and chances are if you do not have like at least $7-900 a month on food you are most likely good fat deprived so counter that by taking a half spoon of olive oil or margarine/butter and crackers and think outside of the box about things that will nourish you - a spoon of peanut butter goes a long way same with a huge box of crunchy granola bars or a simple cracker - hunger is effing brutal so keep your heads up tigers :)
