Remember your emotions are fluid, I do not suggest meditating on your pain however but distracting yourself for awhile listening to ganesh ADD or self esteem affirmations for an hour or so
clean up your room or house, EAT something, even if its mr noodles with taco spice lol
Put on a nice cologne or perfume and remember this will pass, do not give up please heavens no, you committed to this life do not waste all you achieve by murdering yourself, the karma is too heavy and there is tons of hell realms filled with people charged with such crimes murdering the self equals murdering another because your body is not yours...
Manifest yourself a way out of this, achieve success and remember it will pass, take a nap
I know addictions are tough to deal with too even coffee or smoking withdrawl can make you go bazerk so hang in there and keep your chin up tiger you will get where you need too you will achieve what you need and redirect your pain into something positive like art or masterbating lol AND do not trust psychiatry to solve all your problems, if you are feeling vulnerable and need help then you should ask for it but be aware there are societal constructs that will imprison you with all human rights taken away if you divulge too much to a therapist or crisis worker, these nazis will forcibly medicate you, forcibly feed you and tie you down to a stretcher and forcibly sedate you and inject you with unknowns including electroshock you with "modern" methods.... so ask urself is it worth it to divulge too much to a case worker or psychiatrist and take a side route of months of being locked up for a fluid emotion that will pass
