Hunted by the secret societies threatening to expose them ....they have planted initiates in police, psychiatry, and emergency services that will provide info on good looking young guys and chicks that they can abuse sexually to make them pay, they change genders on these people .... forcibly through being an initiate eventually.....or electrocute their penis or breasts to make them smaller or hurt the anus- give them endless plastic surgery... they are kept within the prisoned levels....they are royally compensated with many millions but this amount is way smaller than if they were uninitiated would make....and they have to pay it all back, or they die... All people who attest to steal others things and are dealt with criminally should be compensated at least with a disability income and pension or for example in the hundreds of billions of dollars if they are publicized..... and provided a life of dignity and help through social work and advanced psychological help to break them of the inherent need to harm others through financial crimes, dealing with these people criminally is a crime against humanity, they should be dealt with through compassion and counselling not exposed to decades in the prison system - a system of poverty they can never escape a trap that this system wants them in, another soul to blackmail !! The reason they steal is usually to forward their lives a bit more than normal you have to question why most of the people villified with the thief title are actually eccentric and poor. They want these people as young as possible so that they can subject them to a lifetime of repayment and eventually a place in hell for a series of organized karma reducing scenarios that will land them a date with the being known as satan.
On the other hand....the 'thief' alters the matrix dramatically and randomly thru each theft so they want them controlled and eventually made a laughing stock
