You should never have a conservative majority in any societal structure /& you should never have these unelected lifetime appointment .pigs. in to ruin gay rights, womens rights, abortion rights etc
You can have a TOTAL nazi state with supreme court or congressional/senate majority and enslave everyone and .take. away their human rights in an instant- @ the very least these should be term specific (senate, justices etc)
