I forgive myself by Rev Shaun D

So much in the world to make us defeated in life, rest assured these challenges have been with us for eternity. One thing you can be sure about is the path you have chosen is developing and continuously evolving. One thing to keep in mind is that you should be eternally grateful for all that you have, if you are sitting in an apartment and bored – be glad that you have warmth, food, water, family and your health. When you take on gratefulness as a practice you can be assured that positive things will always happen to you. Gratefulness starts in the micro – be grateful that the animal that fed you for dinner gave up its life horrifically to nourish you. Our existence here is never certain, so the less karmic baggage that you carry with you the better. When you reach your end point you can tell your creator that you took on forgiveness as a practice, repeating it in your meditation, because you never know what you have done to others, perhaps you have stepped on a tiny bug and killed it but it laid alive for 14 hours in agony, you just never know... forgiveness is not giving in to the other individuals power but giving yourself power, when you forgive and expect forgiveness from others you release them and yourself from karmic debt. I don’t know about you but there are multitudes of realities out there and I definitely don’t want to come back around and do this whole thing again. Having to endure bullying in the youth prison system, having to go through the pains of having your life decided for you. Having to relearn it all to nausea. Why forgive? So that you don’t have to repeat illusion again. Nobody really knows why we are here for this whole reality, individual existence seems to be all about being forgotten and propping up the pyramid structure...we can be thankful that in this timeline we have things like the internet, endless theatrics, and endless time to meditate. Even Buddhist monks get bored but they are thankful that they have food and shelter. I think when you can begin to even forgive in the most minute levels it takes care of things like addiction and shame and allows you to move on. When you repeat to yourself in your meditation, I forgive. You give yourself a tremendous amount of power. One cannot judge their inherent humanity on what is around them solely, one must look further than what is just visual and around them. When you begin to love yourself unconditionally you begin to see that forgiveness is an integral part of being human. There is so much suffering in the world and you can be the shining smile that ends it for some time by giving 50 cents to somebody in need or simply smiling at them if you don’t carry small change. When you eradicate all traces of negativity and anger in you – you become a person on the path of enlightenment and you are chosen as an individual that can help others with your talents or your smile. When you begin to end suffering in the world through your actions you become a person that is a beautiful soul, never worry about the people that are ruining it for everyone else, they will go back to hell where they belong or another 1000 times back here....you can smile and know you were chosen as a person that can evolve past this matrix into a whole other universe to aid others with your unique viewpoint. When you give your life energy over to others you win power. You become a master of your life and you are able to move on with happiness and love. Let it be. Let it be
