When you affirm to expel all the negativities through bodily functions you erase their hold over you health wise....will never let mind control affect you - suffer little to no cancers and a lot of the danger and violence cast on you will be pissed out its simple and its right in our faces (or hands lmao) people get so bogged down with gunk spiritually that it groups into certain parts like tummy or genitals or back or face etc
